Key Responsibilities
Lead with integrity and promote the Popeyes® culture
Manage daily operations, including shift and crew scheduling
Train and coach team members to ensure top performance
Ensure excellent guest service and quickly resolve issues
Maintain safety and sanitation standards
Oversee product production and inventory management
Requirements
At least one year of previous management experience
Must be 18 years or older
Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands
Effective communication with team and guests
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 15 pounds
Frequent standing, kneeling, and stooping
Operate registers and assist with food preparation
