Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver outstanding service
• Manage daily operations to maintain high-quality food and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Oversee inventory and manage costs effectively
• Create a schedule that ensures the store meets labor percentages, but does not take away from guest experience

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role for a minimum of two years in a high volume location
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, and Monday to Friday schedules
• Well versed in profit and loss, and the ability to control these
