We are seeking a sophisticated General Manager with a "select-service" hotel or large-scale resort background to lead this brand-new waterfront destination through its critical stabilization phase.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations: Direct all aspects of the resort including front-of-house service, housekeeping, maintenance, and a robust activities program.
- Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the P&L. You will manage budgeting, monthly forecasting, and expense control, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize ADR and occupancy.
- Revenue & Marketing Growth: Partner with corporate marketing to execute seasonal strategies, analyze market trends, and position Lagoon Ranch as the top-tier destination in the Houston-adjacent market.
- Culture Engineering: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team. You will establish a culture of accountability and professional growth where "excellence is the daily standard."
- Asset Management: Oversee capital improvements and maintain the physical integrity of a multimillion-dollar waterfront asset.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume hospitality (Select-Service Hotels, Large RV Resorts, or Multi-Unit Property Management).
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, labor cost optimization, and revenue management principles.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in modern Property Management Systems (PMS) and a commitment to using technology to improve the guest and associate experience.
- Crisis Management: The ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, high-occupancy environment.
- Hospitality Heart: A genuine passion for the "Outdoor Hospitality" sector and the unique needs of the high-end RV traveler.
