General Manager – Trailer Dealership (Sales, Parts & Service).

Leadership Role:
Are you an experienced and driven leader ready to take the wheel of a fast-growing trailer dealership? We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operations of our dealership—including sales, parts, and service departments.
As General Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, manage a talented team, and drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all dealership operations, including trailer sales, parts, and service.
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
Implement and improve processes for operational efficiency.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with upper management to execute strategic goals and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
7+ years of management experience in an automotive, trailer, RV, or equipment dealership (or similar industry).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven experience managing and driving revenue growth.
Experience managing parts and service operations is a plus.
Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style.
Bilingual is a plus.
