Jersey Mike's is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead our Patterson, CA location. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, team development, and financial performance.

Position Overview
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff leadership, customer satisfaction, sales performance, profitability, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional service
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and management staff
