The Role

As a General Manager, you own the full operation - the people, the product, and the performance. You''ll lead a team of managers and Teammates to deliver an exceptional Guest experience while driving the financial success of the restaurant. This is where hospitality leadership meets business ownership.

What You''ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance and team development

  • Build and maintain a high-performing management team through coaching and accountability

  • Own the P&L - manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses to drive profitability

  • Champion Guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent food quality, service, and hospitality

  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent while fostering a positive team culture

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

  • Develop community relationships and drive local marketing initiatives

  • Execute company initiatives and operational systems to deliver results

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, including P&L responsibility

  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong business results

  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and labor management

  • Passion for hospitality and developing people at all levels

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
