General Manager in Training (GMIT) – Marco's Pizza

Relocation Opportunity – Southeast Georgia

Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership career with one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in the country?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager in Training (GMIT) to join our growing multi-unit Marco's Pizza organization. This position is designed for individuals who already have previous Marco’s experience and are ready to develop into a high-performing General Manager capable of leading one of our locations throughout Southeast Georgia.

This is a relocation-based opportunity for candidates who are flexible and willing to move within the Southeast Georgia market.

What You’ll Do

• Train to oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead and develop team members in a fast-paced environment
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling
• Build a positive and accountable team culture
• Execute company systems and brand standards at a high level

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Marco's Pizza experience required
  (Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, GM, MIT, insider, driver leadership experience, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Desire to grow into a long-term leadership role
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Willingness to relocate within Southeast Georgia

Preferred Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience
• Experience with food cost, labor management, and P&L performance
• High-volume quick service or pizza experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
