The opportunity

Delaware Norths Patina Group is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of Hundredfold, an American Brasserie located at The Battery Atlanta. Developed in collaboration with James Beard Award-winning Chef Tim Hollingsworth, Hundredfold offers a modern interpretation of the classic American brasserie-blending timeless elegance, warm hospitality, and elevated yet approachable cuisine.

The General Manager will play a critical role in establishing Hundredfold as a premier dining destination within one of Atlantas most dynamic entertainment districts. The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality leader with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong client and guest relations experience, and proven financial acumen, including full accountability for P&L performance, labor management, annual budget oversight, and operating expense control. This leader will bring an expert understanding of food, wine, and cocktails, a deep commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences, and a passion for teaching, developing, and training a newly built team. We are seeking a polished professional operator who can manage the immediate demands of day-to-day operations while maintaining a clear long-term vision for the restaurants growth and success.

Pay

  • Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600/year
  • In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan.

What will you do

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Review financial and performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, and to identify cost reduction and program improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee workforce planning, training, sales tracking, labor tracking, petty cash deposits, inventories, ordering, account payables and receivables, and P&L accounting.
  • Establish standard operating procedures for supervising all front-of-the-house team members.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on standard operating procedures in the front and back of the house to ensure food and menu specifications, food handling, and food safety requirements, receiving, and storage procedures.

More about you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or other food and beverage location with similar volume capacity and standard of service.
  • Strong wine and bar knowledge; a sommelier certification from either Court of Masters or WSET is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certifications preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with and an understanding of P&Ls, able to monitor budgets and manage service and labor costs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours as needed.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, point-of-sale systems, and online or digital reservation systems.
  • No degree required.
