We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations of our vehicle detailing department. This role is responsible for leading a team, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering spotless results.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Management

Oversee daily workflows including vehicle detailing, cleaning, washing, and polishing
Ensure all services meet company quality standards and deadlines

Staff Leadership & Training

Recruit, hire, train, and schedule detailing staff
Provide ongoing coaching on detailing techniques, chemical safety, and customer service best practices
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment

Quality Control

Conduct final inspections on all vehicles before customer delivery
Enforce strict cleanliness and presentation standards

Inventory & Supplies

Manage inventory levels of detailing chemicals, tools, and equipment
Order supplies as needed and ensure proper maintenance of equipment

Customer Experience

Greet customers and ensure a professional, friendly experience
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively

Financial Performance
