Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000/year + Percentage Ownership Opportunity
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

With increasing demand and new opportunities ahead, we're looking for a General Manager who can grow with the business, lead teams through change, and help scale operations to the next level.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead daily operations across service, installation, and office teams
- Support company growth by improving processes and team performance
- Drive revenue through KPIs, planning, and accountability
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial results
- Ensure high standards of customer service and job quality
- Work with ownership on long-term strategy and expansion plans
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Background in HVAC or service-based industries preferred
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Experience leading teams and improving performance
- Ability to implement structure and support company growth
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
