What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Extensive Executive Leadership - Minimum of 5 years as Hotel General Manager of a large-scale property with 500+ rooms generating $80M+ in annual revenue.
  • Commercial Expertise, Market Leadership & Revenue Optimization - Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving top-line performance through strategic revenue management, market share growth, competitive positioning, and disciplined financial oversight to maximize profitability.
  • People & Culture Champion - Committed to building a service-driven culture and developing high-performing teams through mentorship, engagement, and clear performance standards.
  • Financial Acumen & Asset Management - Demonstrated expertise in cash flow management, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational oversight, ensuring disciplined financial performance and long-term asset value creation.
  • Union & Labor Relations - Experience leading unionized hotel operations, ensuring compliance, fostering positive labor relations, and driving operational excellence.
  • Convention & Conference Operations - Experience leading large-scale convention and conference hotel operations, ensuring exceptional execution, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across complex group and event environments.
  • Owner & Stakeholder Relations - Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strategic ownership partnerships, fostering trust through transparency, collaboration, and measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven oversight of overseeing Food & Beverage operations, with the ability to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Hilton brand experience.
  • Local market experience.

  • Communicating with key stakeholders: As the primary point of contact for hotel owners and Hilton's corporate leadership, you will be responsible for maintaining alignment on business goals, operational strategies, and performance expectations. You will deliver regular updates, collaborate on long-term planning, and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring transparency and partnership at every level.
  • Leading and developing on-property teams: You will cultivate a high-performing, people-first culture by recruiting top talent, championing diversity and inclusion, and supporting the professional development of every team member. Through performance management, coaching, and recognition programs, you''ll inspire engagement, accountability, and continuous growth.
