The General Manager will lead the management team and crew to embody the company's vision: “Travel Well. Eat Well. Be Well". You will oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on customer service and employee satisfaction.

• Expertise in food safety and restaurant guidelines

• Teamwork oriented
• Previous restaurant/food service management experience required

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Manage inventory, purchase food and supplies with a focus on quality and cost
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically
• Be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
• Organize staffing and coach team members
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines

Physical Requirements:

• Work quickly and efficiently
• Be able to work on your feet for several hours
• Lift up to 25 pounds
