Lead and support Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Crew Members
Drive results in guest satisfaction, service speed, food quality, and cost control
Build strong guest connections and resolve concerns with professionalism
Ensure training, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
Communicate clearly, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins
What you bring:
3+ years of restaurant or quick service management experience
A proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
