Position Summary Sofrito Latin Cafe is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our team with accountability, integrity, and focus. This role calls for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, drives operational excellence, and makes thoughtful, timely decisions to achieve financial and performance goals. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including P&L management, team development, guest experience, and regulatory compliance while upholding the high standards that define our brand.
