Qualifications: 2-4 years of management experience overseeing 12-20 staff, 3-5 years in retail, hospitality, or operations, strong communication skills, and CPR/AED certification (can be obtained upon hire). A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's is preferred.
Physical demands include frequent movement, lifting, and engaging in fitness activities. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is essential.
