We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of a high-profile French-inspired bakery café and restaurant concept in Texas.
This is a unique opportunity to become the founding operational leader for a new location. The General Manager will be responsible for building the team, establishing the culture, driving financial performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from day one.
