We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high‑volume, multi‑unit dining operation. This role oversees residential dining, retail, and catering services with full operational and financial accountability. The General Manager serves as the senior on‑site leader and ensures strong performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The General Manager will:
Direct all contract management service operations
Lead and develop management and administrative teams
Oversee cash control, payroll, staffing, and special functions
Maintain strong client and customer relationships
Drive operational growth and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Strong financial and P&L management skills

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of management experience
5+ years of functional experience in food service operations
Prior General Manager or Operations Manager experience as senior on‑site leader
5+ years managing food service accounts with $3M+ annual revenue
Experience overseeing residential, retail, and/or catering operations
High‑volume operations experience
Direct supervision of managers for 5+ years
Demonstrated compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
