This role is crucial in maintaining high standards, from managing staffing and product production to optimizing sales and marketing! Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of a High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility
Must be detail-oriented with excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills
Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in different temperature ranges
