We’re seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-growing, fun-focused fast food franchise.
In this role, you will
- manage staff, oversee operations, ensure quick, accurate customer service, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Handle hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Supervise food prep, inventory, and system procedures with integrity.
- Ensure sales goals are met, develop team members, and control costs.
- Perform shift duties including customer service, cash handling, and maintenance.
- Lead weekly meetings and monitor store performance.
