Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage financial results to balance profits with customer and associate satisfaction.
• Ensure the store is open, clean, and properly staffed every day.
• Supervise daily activities of associates and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor quality control records and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee hiring, firing, and personnel management to maintain a motivated team.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; college degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, product quality, and operational standards.
• Excellent team management, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues.
