Overview:

We are searching for an experienced General Manager, Door Engineering at our Mankato, MN facility. 

The General Manager (GM), Door Engineering owns the full profit and loss (P&L) for the Door Engineering business and leads the organization to deliver profitable growth through operational excellence, commercial execution, new product and project development, and a high-performing aftermarket service organization-all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Own P&L performance and lead annual operating plans and KPI cadence.
• Develop comprehensive business strategies for revenue and profitability growth.
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Lead quality improvement and root cause discipline to reduce rework and warranty.
• Ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.
• Drive sales leadership on growth strategy and forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Experience in engineered-to-order or building materials manufacturing preferred.
