About the Role:
A Premier dog resort, daycare, and grooming facility in Carrollton is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage a growing team, and help expand the business. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about service and team development, and has a strong background in operations and client engagement.


What You’ll Do:


  • Supervise and support a team of 12 to 16 team members across various roles.

  • Hire, train, coach, and retain staff with a focus on creating a positive, high-performing culture.

  • Step in to cover shifts as needed, especially during team shortages or call-offs.

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including client services, facility standards, and pet care.

  • Report directly to the CEO with regular updates and monthly operational reviews.

  • Drive business development through client retention efforts, marketing support, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and satisfaction.

You’re a Great Fit If You:


  • Have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in pet care, hospitality, or service-based businesses.

  • Are comfortable managing schedules, supervising and positively coaching diverse personalities, and holding team members accountable.

  • Have strong customer service instincts and enjoy creating positive experiences for both people and pets.

  • Are self-motivated, highly organized, and willing to jump into any task that needs doing.

  • Have prior experience with sales, client retention, and growing a service-based business.

  • Are proficient in Google Drive/Google Suite and preferably familiar with Atlantis or similar pet-care software.
