General Manager | Upscale High Volume Restaurant

Location: Dallas, 

Compensation: $100,000 Base + Performance Bonuses

The Mission 

We are looking for a culture-builder. The restaurant is a high-energy, upscale destination that prides itself on a scratch-made culinary experience. We are looking for a General Manager who understands that a world-class guest experience starts with a world-class team. The Role

As the General Manager, you are the "Conductor" of the house. You will lead a large team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our service standards are as vibrant and authentic as our menu. Your primary focus is creating an environment where staff feel empowered, guests feel like royalty, and the business remains highly profitable.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion Growth: You are a natural mentor. You will own the training and development of your management team and hourly staff, creating a "bench" of talent ready for the next level.

  • Build the Dream Team: From hiring to retention, you will lead the charge in creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture where the best in the industry want to work.

  • Elevate the Experience: Maintain a "floor-present" leadership style by engaging with guests and ensuring every touchpoint—from the host stand to the final dessert—exceeds expectations.

  • Drive Results: Master the P&L. You’ll manage labor, overhead, and beverage costs with a sharp eye, ensuring the restaurant’s financial health is as strong as its reputation.

What You Bring

  • The Resume: 5+ years of GM experience in an upscale, high-volume full-service restaurant ($6M+ annual sales).

  • The Skillset: A proven track record of developing internal talent into leadership roles. You take pride in seeing your team succeed.

  • The Temperament: You are a "steady hand" in a busy room—calm under pressure, approachable, and fiercely passionate about the hospitality industry.

  • The Polish: You understand the nuances of upscale service, wine/spirit knowledge, and how to maintain a beautiful physical environment.
