Lead and Elevate a Craft Cocktail & Nightlife Experience
We are an ever-evolving Raleigh-based hospitality group operating cocktail-driven concepts, nightlife venues, and high-energy guest experiences.
We are seeking a General Manager for Craft Cocktail & Nightlife operations a strong, hands-on operator who can lead from the floor, build a high-performing team, and drive both guest experience and revenue.
This is not a passive management role.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, creates energy in the room, and leads with urgency and attention to detail.
Full operational leadership of a craft cocktail and nightlife venue
Guest experience, service standards, and overall energy of the space
Staff recruiting, training, and ongoing development
Sales performance, revenue growth, and guest retention
Floor leadership during peak service hours
Bar program execution and development in collaboration with ownership and beverage leadership
Labor management, scheduling, and cost control
Inventory oversight and product management
Implementation of systems, standards, and accountability across the team
We are looking for a true operator not just a scheduler or shift manager.
Has experience in craft cocktail bars, nightlife venues, and high-volume hospitality environments. True cocktail program experience is a must.
Leads confidently from the floor and thrives in busy, fast-paced settings
Understands how to drive sales through service, team performance, and guest engagement
Builds strong teams and holds people accountable
Pays attention to details that impact the guest experience
Brings urgency, organization, and follow-through
