We are currently partnered with Locust Lake Village Property Owners Association (LLVPOA) to identify a General Manager who will lead, influence, and elevate an established, highly engaged residential community in the Poconos.

What You’ll Own
You will act as the central leader of the community, overseeing:

Daily operations across administration, finance, maintenance, recreation, and security

Budgeting, financial performance, and long-term capital planning
-
Leadership and development of department heads and staff
-
Vendor relationships, contracts, and capital improvement projects
-
Communication with residents, Board members, and external stakeholders
-
Community engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience

Who You Are

A confident, visible leader who can manage both people and operations

Comfortable working directly with a Board of Directors

Strong in financial oversight, budgeting, and decision-making

Able to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution

Skilled in handling people, personalities, and community dynamics
What You Bring
-
5+ years of leadership experience in operations, property management, hospitality, or similar
-
Experience managing multiple departments or large teams
-
Strong financial and operational management skills
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
-
Experience with HOAs, POAs, or community associations is a plus
-
CMCA® or similar certification is a bonus
