About the Opportunity

We are currently partnered with Locust Lake Village Property Owners Association (LLVPOA) to identify a General Manager who will lead, influence, and elevate an established, highly engaged residential community in the Poconos.

This is more than an operations role—this is a visible leadership position where you will shape the future of an entire community.

What You’ll Own

You will act as the central leader of the community, overseeing:

  • Daily operations across administration, finance, maintenance, recreation, and security
  • Budgeting, financial performance, and long-term capital planning
  • Leadership and development of department heads and staff
  • Vendor relationships, contracts, and capital improvement projects
  • Communication with residents, Board members, and external stakeholders
  • Community engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience

    Who You Are

    • Comfortable working directly with a Board of Directors
    • Strong in financial oversight, budgeting, and decision-making
    • Able to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution
    • Skilled in handling people, personalities, and community dynamics

    What You Bring

    • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, property management, hospitality, or similar
    • Experience managing multiple departments or large teams
    • Strong financial and operational management skills
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
    • Experience with HOAs, POAs, or community associations is a plus
    • CMCA® or similar certification is a bonus
