Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and CFA standards.
Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
Organize and oversee Team
Coach Team Members
Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
