Chick-fil-A General Manager

The General Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and Team satisfaction. Join our team and lead with excellence!

Requirements:

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to foster a positive work environment
• Previous restaurant/food service management experience required

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and CFA standards.
• Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
• Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
• Organize and oversee Team
• Coach Team Members
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
• Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
