GENERAL MANAGER
The Findlay Automotive Group is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of our established import dealerships in Northern Arizona.
This is a high-potential dealership with a strong foundation, an excellent team, a respected brand, and significant opportunity for growth in market share, customer retention, fixed operations performance, and profitability. We are looking for a dynamic automotive leader who understands that modern dealership success requires far more than selling cars.

• F&I Performance and Compliance

• Expense Control and Financial Statement Management

Who You Are:
You are a proven leader who can build teams, develop managers, and create accountability. You understand how to turn data into decisions. You know how to maximize CRM opportunities, improve lead conversion, engineer inventory, grow fixed operations, and drive sustainable profitability. You are comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels - reviewing financial statements one moment and coaching a sales manager, service manager, or BDC team the next. Most importantly, you believe customer experience, employee experience, and profitability can all improve together.

• Overall dealership performance and profitability
• Leadership and development of department managers
• New and used vehicle sales growth
• CRM utilization and lead management effectiveness
• Digital marketing performance and ROI
• Inventory acquisition, aging, and turn strategy
• Service, parts, and customer retention performance
• F&I production and compliance
• Expense management and operational efficiency
• Customer satisfaction and manufacturer relations
What We're Looking For:
• Proven dealership leadership experience
• Strong understanding of variable and fixed operations
• Demonstrated success managing dealership financial statements
• Deep understanding of CRM processes and digital retailing
• Strong used vehicle inventory and acquisition experience
• Data-driven decision maker
• High level of accountability and integrity
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
