We are seeking a General Manager to join our team and help drive our continued success. This role plays an important part in supporting our customers, strengthening our business, and contributing to the long-term growth of Douglas Dynamics.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEA senior leadership role with full P&L accountability, responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market and channel reach, integrating Venco Venturo into the Douglas Dynamics Management System, and strengthening strategic customer and distributor relationships.

Education/Experience: Four year bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline. MBA is not required, but preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Experience and/or Training: 7–10+ years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
Technology/Equipment: Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365 proficiency, ERP systems familiarity, and basic understanding of manufacturing systems/equipment.
