We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused leader to oversee daily operations and guide a high-performing automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, operational leadership, and a commitment to delivering quality service, operational efficiency, and an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall store operations, including production, customer service, staffing, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of repair work.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and take action to support business goals.
  • Partner with estimators, production staff, and administrative team members to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance partners.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Review financial reports, control expenses, and support budgeting efforts.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in automotive repair, collision repair, or a related operations environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, drive performance, and improve business results.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, workflow management, and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data to support informed business decisions.
  • Experience with coaching, team development, and performance accountability.
  • Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and standard office software.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in collision center management or multi-department automotive operations.
  • Knowledge of estimating systems, repair workflows, and insurance-related processes.
  • Background in process improvement or continuous operational optimization.
