• Plan and monitor staffing to meet service goals and operational needs
• Conduct audits and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality

Business & Financial Management

• Set sales goals, track results, and drive profitable top-line sales growth
• Control costs and manage budgets to maximize restaurant profitability
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement effective solutions
• Lead new product rollouts, including team training and customer engagement

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English with strong math and financial management skills
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old where applicable
• Passion for leadership, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional guest service
