Seeking a growth-minded General Manager for a Noodles & Co. location in Beaverton, Oregon.
Responsibilities include building a strong team, fostering a positive work environment, hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.
Manage profit & loss, optimize sales, control inventory, and adjust staffing to meet demands.
Respond promptly to customer concerns, implement local marketing, and report issues to district management.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and be detail-oriented.
