General Manager Opportunity At Atlas & The Garden Room

Located within the iconic St. Regis Atlanta in Buckhead, Atlas and The Garden Room represent two of Atlanta's most celebrated dining destinations. Recognized by the Michelin Guide, Atlas delivers refined fine dining through exceptional cuisine, one of the country's premier wine collections, and genuine hospitality. Adjacent to Atlas, The Garden Room offers an immersive luxury dining experience where lush design, vibrant energy, innovative cocktails, and elevated cuisine create one of the city's most sought-after social destinations. Together, these two distinctive concepts deliver complementary yet unique guest experiences while sharing a commitment to excellence, hospitality, and world-class service.

As part of the Tavistock Restaurant Collection, Atlas and The Garden Room are backed by an organization known for developing and operating exceptional hospitality concepts across the country. We are seeking a visionary General Manager capable of leading both restaurants through operational excellence, team development, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and guest experience across both Atlas and The Garden Room. This individual will lead the management teams for each concept while ensuring both restaurants maintain their distinct identities, exceptional service standards, and strong financial performance.

This role requires an accomplished luxury hospitality leader who understands how to successfully oversee multiple concepts within a high-profile environment. The General Manager will partner closely with each restaurant's Executive Chef, the Area Director, and corporate leadership to drive operational excellence while fostering a culture centered on hospitality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for both Atlas and The Garden Room while preserving the unique identity and guest experience of each concept.
  • Lead and develop the management teams across both restaurants, creating alignment, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner closely with each Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution between front and back-of-house operations.
  • Drive financial performance across both businesses through effective labor management, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
  • Foster a culture centered on luxury hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure Michelin-caliber service standards at Atlas while maintaining the vibrant, elevated hospitality experience that defines The Garden Room.
  • Build relationships with VIP guests, hotel leadership, community partners, and industry professionals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional hospitality leaders and service professionals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards across both concepts.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on marketing initiatives, private events, programming, and long-term business strategy.
