FACE FOUNDRIÉ West Midtown is looking for a motivated, sales-driven, and leadership-minded Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This is a salary position with bonus incentive opportunities tied to achieving monthly store revenue goals. The Sales Manager will work closely with store leadership to support daily operations, drive revenue, coach the team, and ensure an elevated client experience.
The ideal candidate is confident in a fast-paced beauty or service-based environment, understands the importance of sales and client retention, and is passionate about leading a team to hit goals.
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly store revenue goals through strong sales execution, memberships, rebooking, upgrades, enhancements, retail, and client retention
Work closely with store leadership to drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Coach and motivate team members to create a positive, goal-oriented culture
Support front bar and esthetician team accountability around client experience, rebooking, memberships, and sales
Assist with day-to-day store operations, scheduling support, client escalations, and team communication
Help ensure brand standards, service standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence are maintained
Monitor performance trends and help identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve client retention
Lead by example with professionalism, strong communication, and a solution-focused mindset
Qualifications
Active Georgia Esthetician License required
Salon, spa, beauty, med spa, or retail management experience preferred
Experience coaching, training, or leading a team preferred
Strong understanding of client experience, customer service, and retention
Ability to drive goals through memberships, rebooking, upgrades, enhancements, and retail sales
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Positive, professional, and team-focused leadership style
Weekend availability required
