Job Description:

Ideal Trainees should have:

• High level of motivation with hands-on management skills
• Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Automotive experience helpful but not required
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
• Willingness to work Saturdays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Exposure to inclement weather
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
• Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, or requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and or pulling of arm or leg controls, or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
