General Manager (Agriculture Dealership)

21st Century Equipment, LLC is hiring a results‑driven General Manager to lead overall location operations and build a high‑performing team. This role is responsible for driving profitability, developing employees, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while representing the dealership in the local community.

Compensation

Pay: $100,000-$150,000 per year.

What You'll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day operations for the dealership location
• Develop high‑performing Sales, Service, and Parts departments
• Manage performance, accountability, and employee development
• Drive profitability through P&L management, market share, and customer experience
• Support precision agriculture adoption across the dealership
• Ensure a safe work environment and lead safety initiatives by example
• Maintain and protect company assets
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as the local face of the dealership
• Collaborate with leadership across sales, aftermarket, finance, HR, and marketing

What You Bring

• Previous management experience, preferably in equipment or agriculture
• John Deere or related industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive performance and team development
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient with business systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of sitting and computer work
• Occasional physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs
