About the job

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing large-scale food service operations across one or more sites, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and compliance. You'll guide teams, manage financial performance, and cultivate strong client partnerships while driving strategic initiatives that support growth and customer satisfaction.

Sodexo Live! at the University of Missouri provides premium food service, hospitality, and event management across campus venues, supporting both daily dining operations and large-scale athletic and special events.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $90015 per year - $116490 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo"s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-unit food service operations with a focus on quality, service, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 5 years
  • Related Experience: 4-5 years
