Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food services for a private school in Kansas City, MO. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with strong food management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and develop teams.

 

In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day dining operations, ensure high standards for quality and safety, and create a welcoming, student‑focused dining experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable engaging daily with students, faculty, and staff. This position offers meaningful involvement within the school community along with a primarily Monday–Friday schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily operations, managing on-site team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Deliver exceptional food service experiences that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction.

  • Drive financial performance by meeting and exceeding company and client goals through strategic planning and operational efficiency.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, students, and school staff to foster trust and collaboration.
