General Manager 3 - Food

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager to lead our food service operations at St. Margaret’s Center, a pediatric and young adult skilled care facility in Albany, New York. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will oversee meal service for approximately 90 residents, a off-campus national school lunch program and vending. This position offers a great opportunity to grow your career with Sodexo while making a meaningful impact in both healthcare and education food service programs.

What You'll Do

• lead and mentor a team of 15 employees including one manager
• develop exceptional client relations and ensure the dining program goals are met
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals 
• integrate fully within our client's organization and be a trusted advisor with a customer service focus
• create a positive work environment.
