This position is for a General Manager responsible for overseeing all shift activities, including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
Your duties include performing duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, managing 3 to 15 employees, greeting customers, taking orders, operating the cash register, preparing products to company standards, and delivering orders safely and courteously.
You will maintain a clean, organized work environment and uphold grooming standards.
Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a positive attitude, a clean driving record, reliable insured vehicle, and are at least 18 years old.
This role is with an independent franchisee, not the corporate entity, and employment decisions are made by the franchisee.
