General Maintenance Technician (Boca Raton, FL)

Woodfield Country Clubin Boca Raton, FL is currently seekingGeneralMaintenance Techniciansto assist with our club functions. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 monthsexperience in a luxury hotel or country club environment.Selected candidates willsupport daily maintenance & banquet set-up operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Responsibilitiesrelating to painting, generalmaintenance, repair & upkeep of buildings.This may include plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical and minor repairs
• Set-up of tables, chairs, dance floors and other necessary pieces for banquet functions.
• Responsible for maintaining organization of banquet storage areas.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Two (2) to three (3) years ofwork experience directly related to maintenance activities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in hand and power tools
• Must be detail orientated and have excellent communication and verbal skills
