Job Details
  • Defend insurance companies and insured clients in construction, premises, and general liability claims across Pennsylvania state and federal courts
  • Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation
  • Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters across the Philadelphia metro area and surrounding counties

Looking For:

  • J.D., Pennsylvania Bar Admission (NJ a plus)
  • Open to junior, mid and senior level candidates
  • 2-15 years of litigation experience with a focus on general liability and insurance defense
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload through trial
