Job Details
  • Defend insurance companies and insured clients in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and property damage matters across New York state and federal courts
  • Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial
  • Manage a caseload of general liability matters independently from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs across a range of GL claims

Looking For:

  • NY or NJ Bar Admission
  • 3–10 years of litigation defense experience
