The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for managing general ledger activities, maintaining accounting records, systems, procedures, and policies.

  • Manage fixed assets, prepare journal entries per GAAP, and support audit processes.
  • Prepare management reports, monthly reconciliations, and maintain fixed assets schedules.
  • Ensure consistent accounting practices across departments and assist with financial statement reviews.
  • Meet deadlines and respond efficiently to requests.

  • Requirements: Bachelor's in accounting, 1-3 years of experience (preferably in hospitality), proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and ability to analyze data.

    Additional: No supervisory duties; ability to work in a climate-controlled indoor environment; and meet physical requirements.
