Job Title: Accounting/Finance - Accountant - Staff (Mid-Level)Job Location: Brea, CA (Onsite Position)Contract Duration: 06 monthsJob DescriptionThe Staff Accountant / GL Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This position is responsible for timely and accurate reporting of transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. The role also supports manufacturing and service operations, contributes to process improvements, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.Manage reporting to leadership teams.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.Assist with SOX testing, audits, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline2 to 3 years relevant accounting experience is a must, as well as strong financial/operational systems knowledgeAble to work without direct supervisionAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasksPreferred ExperiencePrior experience with ERP system like Oracle R12 is a plusIntermediate to advanced skill level using Excel and proficient in all other Microsoft products#J-18808-Ljbffr
