National Development Group is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. You will work closely with our site foreman to support daily operations, transport materials, and help maintain safe, clean, and efficient job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to contribute to the success of our development projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day site tasks as directed by the site foreman.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain site cleanliness and follow all safety protocols.
- Support the crew to help keep projects on schedule.
- Complete all assigned tasks with a high level of dependability.
Requirements
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and consistent punctuality.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for operating company vehicles).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Communication:Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- General Skills: Familiarity with basic hand tools and general job site safety.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting materials and standing for the duration of a full-time shift.
