Location: Richmond KY
 
Multiple Shift Options – 1st, 2nd  3rd & weekend shifts
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Manufacturing 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
 
Job Summary
The General Laborer is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. This role includes general housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and supporting production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
 
Key Responsibilities
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning across the facility
Remove and properly store empty pallets and recyclable materials
Clean filling lines, tanks, pumps, hoses, filters, and related equipment
Maintain sanitation standards for production areas
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
 
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
Willingness to work overtime as needed
1–3 years of experience in janitorial, custodial, or manufacturing environments (preferred)
 
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments
Ability to work around dust, odors, noise, and manufacturing equipment
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator if required
