Summitville Tile, a leading manufacturer of ceramic and quarry tile products and now part of the General Shale and global Wienerberger family, is seeking General Laborers for our Pekin, Ohio manufacturing facility. Summitville Tile produces high-quality floor, wall, and quarry tile products for commercial and residential projects across North America.

This role requires working in a fast-paced production environment to learn and perform multiple positions within the selection department while meeting daily quotas and supporting overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform multiple positions within the selection department

• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as assigned

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Willingness to learn multiple positions

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to perform basic physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods

• Team-oriented and safety-focused

• Pay: $16.90 – $18.45 per hour
