Job Summary:
Seeking a customer-focused Retail Store Associate to support daily retail store operations. This role involves assisting customers, processing orders, stocking products, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting order fulfillment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and restaurant clients
- Process product orders and assist with order fulfillment
- Handle invoices, checks, and related documentation accurately
- Print labels and invoices using company systems
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory as needed
- Pack food items for delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and store areas
- Work in both standard temperature and freezer environments
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in cold/freezer environments
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Tools/Environment:
