Job Title: General Laborer
Location: West Illinois Ave & South Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX 75211
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 week Training)
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 am

Job Summary
We are hiring reliable and motivated General Laborers to support our client's manufacturing team in Dallas, TX. This role involves assisting with the assembly of heavy equipment and power generation enclosures in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of mechanical components and equipment according to work instructions and production specifications
- Gather, organize, and prepare parts, tools, and materials for assembly
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Help move materials and finished products throughout the facility using pallet jacks or other approved equipment
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and report any defects or concerns
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping or storage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions to meet daily production goals
- Support other manufacturing and warehouse tasks as assigned
Safety & Quality
- Mandatory PPE required: Steel toes, Hard Hat (yellow color), Hi-Vis vest and safety glasses
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Perform work according to established quality standards
- Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or product defects promptly
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
